Why did you choose to remove your Xanthelasma?

Your eyes tend to be the first place people look when they meet you and working in sales I find myself face to face with people a lot. I felt very self-conscious about my Xanthelasma’s so getting them removed has really helped me to look and feel normal again.

Why did you choose rtwskin for your treatment?

I chose rtwskin for my treatment due to the professionalism and the response I received when I called in for an initial consultation. I spoke to three or four different places in which people didn’t get back to me and didn’t get the feeling they would have looked after me as well. Speaking to Dr Fatima who is a true doctor, and a professional, I got the information and the results which I wanted. Although it was more expensive, it was worth it, and you get what you pay for.

How were the consultation and treatment process?

The downtime for the treatment took at little over a week. It was quite easy, I had scabbing around the areas which I had to keep clean. I just added a little bit of ointment which was recommended by Dr Fatima and it healed itself very quickly.

The aftercare was fantastic, Dr Fatima rang me two days later to see if everything was okay. I kept her also updated via email with pictures. She was very happy to see that everything was going well.

Would you recommend this treatment to others?

Absolutely! The whole team have been fantastic – extremely professional, effective, efficient. Now the affected areas have been treated I feel happy and confident again. I would definitely do it again if I had to. The results speak for themselves.
