My journey into Aesthetics started in 2006 where I graduated from an “Esthetician” School in Maui, Hawaii. I began working as an Aesthetic practitoner offering treatments such as electrolysis hair removal, and a variety of other treatments including LASER and IPL for the removal of unwanted hair growth and various skin blemishes.

I furthered my career by undertaking a full teaching and assessing qualification and taught level 3 & 4 Beauty Therapy before completing a BSC with Hons in Adult nursing. I undertook my nursing qualification as I recognised without medical training, my scope of practice in Aesthetics and Dermatology was very limited.

Further to this I completed an additional year in University which gained my prescribing privileges, and I’m very fortunate to absolutely love what I do. There is nothing more enjoyable than seeing a patient smile following treatments, knowing you have made them feel better about themselves.

Prior to making a full time return to the field of Aesthetics and Dermatology, I worked for a leading London NHS trust as a Critical Care Nurse and as Intravenous Home Care Specialist Nurse for a global pharmaceutical company.

When I begin a patient journey with you, I like to work with you, taking the time to listen to you and your concerns. I am very honest and ethical in my approach and will always endeavour to ensure you have realistic expectations.

At rtwskin I will be offering a variety of treatments/procedures to address your concerns including anti-ageing injectables such as Profhilo, Gouri Bio-Revitalisation, Dermal Fillers, Long Lasting Ellanse Dermal Filler, Eye treatments, wrinkle reducing treatments and consulting for the eponymous Obagi clinical skin care range.

When I’m not working with you in clinic, I love nothing more than visiting the theatre with my husband and friends. I absolutely love a musical and you will find me every year dressed up in Brighton when the Rocky Horror Show makes its debut.

I like to take great care with my own skin having regular Botox treatments, under eye bio revitalisation, micro needling and subtly placed dermal fillers. My skin care regime is cycled depending on the weeks of the month , however, my absolute hero products are Obagi elastiderm eye cream, Obagi Hydrate moisturiser and Vitamin C.

I like to try all the treatments I offer on myself, and if I’m not suitable, I will find someone who is . With this in mind I will only ever recommend treatments and procedures that are safe, effective and clinically proven!
