Smootheye laser treatment in Tunbridge Wells, Kent

A new, unique non-invasive treatment to rejuvenate the eye area, reducing wrinkles as well as lifting the upper eye, reducing ‘hooding’ of the eye. This treatment tightens, tones and rejuvenates the delicate area around the eyes with minimum down-time.

✔️A patch test will be required a minimum of 24 hours before any treatment commences. This is an essential part of our duty of care to protect both you and your skin.

✔️Initial improvement, some clients have a noticeable improvement either immediately, or a week after the treatment due to the tightening of the existing collagen.

✔️ The second stage of improvement is usually between 4-8 weeks as this is the amount of time it takes for the new collagen to be produced, this is the more significant result.

Treatment can be done alongside additional treatments which will further increase improvements and even after the treatment series is completed you will continue to see ongoing improvements for up to 9-10 months due to collagen and elastin regeneration.

Fotona Smootheye is effective as a standalone treatment, but for optimal results we recommend a course of 3-4 treatments, spaced at intervals of 4-6 weeks. Your personalised treatment plan will be discussed during your consultation.

 

How does it work?

Using Fotona’s patented Smoothmode ™ which safely delivers high enough energy to the skin to give amazing results without down-time.

The energy from the Fotona laser heats the deeper layers to between 42-45℃, this temperature stimulates new collagen production within the dermis as well as tightening existing collagen which results in firmer, smoother skin.

 

Is there anything I should avoid after the treatment?

It’s advised to avoid any heat treatments, including hot showers or spas. In addition, you should wear SPF at all times to protect the treated area.
