The Royal Lift is a non-surgical facelift that combines our two very popular treatments: Ellansé and Silhouette Soft®, to give optimum results. We have combined our two most popular, most effective treatments that provide long-lasting results, and we are proud to be one of the only clinics in the South East offering these treatments.

Ellansé and Silhouette Soft are both tried and tested, safe treatments that have been successfully practiced by the aesthetics industry for over 10 years.
The Royal Lift is a non-surgical, non-invasive facelift that not only brings back youthful skin, but also encourages collagen and elastin production to provide ongoing, visible results. We begin your journey with a complimentary consultation to discuss your concerns, and the results that you would like to achieve. The Royal Lift begins with Ellansé. Ellansé is a new class of dermal fille that works in two ways.
Firstly, the immediate effect is that of a dermal filler; it will correct wrinkles by adding volume back into your skin, redefining your features and contouring your face. Secondly, it stimulates collagen to give you longer-lasting results.
Silhouette Soft® is the final stage in the Royal Lift treatment. Silhouette Soft® is a procedure that re-contours the face and neck by slightly elevating the facial tissues for a more youthful look, and boosts collagen production. Silhouette Soft® works by gradually giving you a fresh, rested, natural look, with full facial movement, expression and progressive results. Current patients report effects being visible up to 18 months after treatment. The procedure uses fully bio-absorbable, polylactic acid threads which are placed under the skin to lift and help restore facial contours. Unlike traditional, surgical facelifts, Silhouette Soft® doesn’t require incisions or multiple stitches; a hospital stay or general anaesthetic. This results in very little downtime. The lifting effect that the procedure provides is immediate and discreet. It will soften over time, whilst the naturally-occurring chemical reaction to the threads encourages new collagen growth for a more prolonged smoothing and firming effect. This procedure is perfect for a sagging jawline, neck, and regeneration of hollow cheeks, particularly when used in conjunction with a good quality dermal filler like Ellansé.
Silhouette Soft® and Ellansé are both exceptional treatments in their own right, but by combing the two, you get outstanding benefits: including enhanced volume, shape, texture and lift, and long lasting, visible results. During your complimentary consultation, your practitioner will advise you on the best treatment option based on your facial structure, age and skin type.
Both Ellanse and Silhouette Soft are completely absorbable by the body, making it a very natural non-surgical facelift. It provides a face-lifting effect, achieved not only by correction of volume loss, lines and folds but it also stimulates collagen products for a longer-lasting result.

If both procedures are being done on the same day (without a break) you’re whole appointment might take up to 2 hours
For Ellanse we might use Lidocaine Injections in the entry points for the cannula to reduce discomfort during the treatment. But local anesthetic injections are not always required,your practitioner will discuss the best option for you before the procedure.
Silhouette Soft is performed under local anaesthetic, and following the procedure, you’ll experience some tenderness and swelling. The tiny incisions will heal within a fortnight.
Do not take any drugs containing anticoagulants, aspirin or vitamin E at least 5 days before your procedure, unless these medications are vital to your ongoing health.
Inform the clinic if you have had a recent acute skin infection such as cold sores or acne spots. Arrange for a relative or friend to drive you home after your procedure. Do not have any dental appointments a few days before and 4 weeks after procedure.

After treatment, you can see results immediately. Long-term, the injections will continue to stimulate collagen production.
Royal lift is a unique procedure that provides both instant and gradual results. Increased volume occurs immediately post-injection, however volumisation continues to develop for up to three months. We will take care not to “over fill”, which may mean further application is required.
Additional treatments may be had at any time, but it is advisable to have 2 to 4 ml of Ellanse at the first treatment (depending on the individual) and then wait for three months. We will then invite you for a check-up to discuss the results and, if necessary additional Ellanse treatment may be recommended.
Results vary between patients, repeating the treatment is usually required after 18 months + ( after the products have been broken down naturally by the body).
Both procedures can be performed on the same day or spaced two weeks apart.
We recommend avoiding wearing make up for at least 48 hours after the treatment. Avoid high impact activity following the treatment. Avoid dental procedures for at least 4 weeks after the treatment, to ensure the sutures are properly settled. As with any injection, there may be side effects such as localised redness, swelling and bruising which will usually subside 2-10 days following your treatment. For more information, please speak to your practitioner.
