During my anti-ageing treatment, Dr Nina was fully prepared, wearing a facemask and all of the equipment. I felt very safe during the whole procedure.
❞Why did you choose rtwskin?
I have been coming to rtwskin for over 10 years and I chose rtwskin because it’s such a safe and lovely environment to come to. Even with the current restrictions it still has that same feeling when you come through the front door.
What were the safety measurements that rtwskin implemented?
As soon as I came into the car park there was a sanitising station and the place to get the gloves from and ring the bell. Before I even entered the main reception I was met by the receptionist and asked some medical COVID-related questions. Then my temperature was taken within seconds and confirmed to be okay. At the main reception area, there were Perspex screens, face masks and more hand sanitiser. Also, all the social distancing recommendations were marked out on the floor. It just couldn’t feel safer.
How did you find your treatment with the new safety measurements?
During my anti-ageing treatment Dr Nina was fully prepared, wearing a facemask and all of the equipment. I felt very safe during the whole procedure. Dr Nina was following all of the regulations to the letter, which is her level of professionalism that she always demonstrates.
Would you recommend rtwskin?
I would absolutely recommend rtwskin. There is an incredible range of treatments that they offer. The clinic is always safe and the whole team is friendly. It’s such a nice environment to come into. The staff are fantastic and it’s just a great place.
