Dear friends and colleagues.
Everyone at rtwskin take the current situation with Coronavirus very seriously, and we are following all government advice. This advice may update on a daily basis so you should check when making an appointment and before visiting.
As well as implementing protocols for hand washing and postponing appointments for those who have recently returned from Category 1 and 2 travel zones, we are also requesting that anyone with flu like symptoms postpone their appointments – please contact the clinic if you need to, or if you would like further information. Furthermore, please contact the clinic to rearrange your appointment should you have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19.
We can offer consultations by electronic means, Skype, Facetime, WhatsApp etc. Please contact the Front of House Team to arrange this.
We will ask you to sanitise yourself before and after entering the building. We will also check your temperature on entry.
We are also requesting that no more than one person enters the consulting room at any one time, unless with a minor or disabled person.
- We will not be shaking hands with any of our patients; please try to remember.
- Please use the alcohol gel from dispensers around the clinic as you move from area to area.
- We will update you if further measures are required in due course
- Remember follow the rules, and stay safe in these challenging times
John, Nina and all of the Team
