What is Glow Eye and Face with Gouri?
A flawless, youthful complexion is at the top of the shopping list for most of our clients. Brand-new treatment, Gouri, offers total skin rejuvenation by restoring lost volume through collagenases, minimising imperfections, and promoting hydration, firmness, and elasticity, to give you back your youthful glow. Gouri is a brand-new solution for those longing for a more natural look whilst still looking to achieve fundamental anti-ageing care. Through collagen synthesis, Gouri offers a new generation of dermal injectable, triggering collagenases across the entire face from just 10 injection points. With its totally liquid form, Gouri cannot be considered a dermal filler. Once injected, it spreads effortlessly under the skin, creating a fibroblast-stimulating 3D matrix that supports the skin from within. This structural support combined with collagen stimulation is key for deep skin rejuvenation and fundamental anti-ageing. Collagen synthesis that is constant and sufficient is the key to unlocking truly youthful skin by preventing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, as well as other signs of ageing.
The world’s first fully liquid type PCL injectable, Gouri is a new type of anti-ageing treatment which uses patented technology to lift, smooth, and replenish lost volume in the skin through stimulating the production of collagen. As we age, our collagen production decreases, compromising the skin’s condition, volume, and texture. Gouri is injected into 10 specific injection points on the face and quickly spreads to surrounding areas to stimulate collagen synthesis which restores lost volume, smooth fine lines and wrinkles, and improve skin quality. Gouri treats the entire face rather than just specific areas of focus, as with dermal fillers, and may be used to treat just the crow’s feet area around the eyes, or for full-face rejuvenation. With this latest solubilization technology, we are now able to deliver extensive rejuvenation around the extremely delicate and thin skin of the eye area. For the periorbital area, most clients will require two injection points, whereas for full face rejuvenation a total of five per side of the face is recommended. Gouri can spread evenly throughout the skin, giving the face a much more generalised improvement. Also, unlike dermal fillers, Gouri is compatible with other aesthetic injectable treatments, such as skin boosters and toxins, making it an ideal treatment for those wanting to level up their anti-ageing injectable treatment regime. Gouri does not contain any micro-particles, meaning it can spread very easily to all areas of the face. The absence of micro-particles also dramatically reduces the risk of side effects common with dermal fillers, such as the formulation of granulomas, discolouration of the skin, and vascular compression or occlusion. Due to its advanced, patented technology, Gouri can give results similar to the look of a complete facelift. Using CESABP technology developed by Dexlevo, Gouri forms an extensive 3D matrix within the skin’s tissues to restore collagen synthesis, making it a long-lasting and highly effective treatment. The comprehensive condition of the skin is improved, creating real fundamental anti-ageing., with wrinkles improved by up to 48%.
How many treatments will I need?
Depending on your age and the severity of the ageing process, and individual response, you may need only one session. Some patients require more treatments than others to achieve desired result. For optimal results, we recommend initially having 3 sessions, 3-4 weeks apart. We recommend treatments 1-2 times per year to maintain the results. Results last from 9 months up to 1 year.
How long does it take to see results?
Typically, patients notice improvement within 1-2 weeks, but it can take up to a month for visible results.
What makes Gouri different to dermal fillers?
Traditionally, Dermal Fillers are made from Hyaluronic Acid, which breaks down over time, and needs to be re-injected to maintain results. Gouri is made with PCL, or Polycaprolactone, which is long-lasting and has collagen-stimulating properties, which continue to improve skin quality over time. An important thing to remember is that as it is a PCL-based product, Gouri cannot be dissolved. Gouri is not a dermal filler, and so will not give instant superficial changes to the face, so it is extremely unlikely that it will need to be dissolved. All our practitioners are fully trained in the safe injection of Gouri and will work with you to understand your desired treatment outcome, giving you the best results.
