Christmas Vouchers

  • 25% Extra will be applied to your rtwskin account as a credit after 1st December 2024.
    For example, if you purchase £100, we will add £25 to your account as a credit balance, and the £100 voucher will show separately.
  • The voucher and account credit will be valid for 1 year from 25/12/2024.
  • Christmas 25% Extra vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, including all courses and packages.
  • Christmas 25% Extra Vouchers may not be used to purchase a Premium Membership.
  • Christmas 25% Extra vouchers may not be used to purchase more vouchers.
  • Christmas 25% Extra vouchers are not redeemable before 25/12/2024.
  • Christmas 25% Extra vouchers may not be used to purchase retail products. They are valid only for treatments.
  • Christmas 25% Extra vouchers are non-transferrable between customers and are not exchangeable for cash.
  • If the total cost of the treatment exceeds the voucher balance, the remaining amount must be paid at the time of the appointment.
  • If the total cost is less than the voucher balance, the remaining balance will remain in the customer’s account and will follow the original expiry date.
  • Vouchers can only be redeemed against aesthetic treatments only.
  • Christmas 25% Extra Vouchers cannot be used for dermatology treatments or treatments provided by external practitioners.
  • They are valid only for aesthetic procedures. Advance booking is required, and availability is subject to scheduling and practitioner availability.
  • If you fail to attend your appointment or do not provide sufficient notice for cancellations (rtwskin cancellation policy), the voucher or associated credit may be forfeited.

Laser hair removal offer – up to 65% off

  • Discount applicable to courses of 8 laser hair removal treatments only.
  • Single and tier 1 treatments excluded from promotion.
  • This offer is non-transferable and cannot be substituted by the client for any other products, cash alternative or other treatment.
  • Treatment packages and areas are as stated on the online laser hair removal treatment page only.
  • Laser hair removal treatment is only available to clients aged 18 years and over.
  • New clients that have not previously had laser hair removal treatments will require a consultation and test patch prior to treatment to check suitability.
  • All packages have a 12-month expiry date from the date of purchase.
  • Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount and are non-transferable.

Special Monthly Offers

Eligibility

  • rtwskin Special Monthly Offers are available to all customers, subject to availability and while stocks last.
  • Offers are valid for a limited time, as specified in the promotional material for each offer. Once the promotional period ends, the offer will no longer be available.

Offer Availability

  • Each Special Monthly Offer is valid only for the specified services or products as outlined in the promotion.
  • Offers may only be redeemed in accordance with the terms stated in the promotion, either online, in-clinic, or by telephone, depending on the offer details.
  • rtwskin reserves the right to alter, modify, or withdraw any offers without prior notice at any time during the promotional period.

Usage Restrictions

  • Special Monthly Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or Gift Vouchers unless explicitly stated.
  • Offers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
  • Some offers may have specific restrictions, such as minimum purchase amounts, restrictions on combining services or products, or limitations on the number of times the offer can be used. These restrictions will be specified in the promotional materials.

Booking and Purchase

  • Any bookings or purchases made as part of a Special Monthly Offer are subject to availability. rtwskin encourages early bookings to secure availability.
  • Offers that require a booking (e.g., discounted treatments) must be booked during the promotional period. The treatment or service may be scheduled for a later date, but bookings made after the promotional period will not be eligible for the offer.
  • Cancellations or changes to bookings must comply with rtwskin’s standard cancellation policy. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in forfeiting the promotional offer.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Purchases made as part of a Special Monthly Offer are eligible for refunds, subject to rtwskin’s standard refund policy.
  • In the event a service or product is found to be defective or unavailable, rtwskin will, at its discretion, offer an alternative service/product or a refund in accordance with its standard terms and conditions.

Amendments

  • rtwskin reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions, or any promotional details, at any time without prior notice.
  • Any such amendments will not affect offers that have already been redeemed during the valid promotional period.

General

  • By participating in any rtwskin Special Monthly Offers, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • rtwskin reserves the right to refuse redemption of any offer if it suspects fraudulent activity or abuse of the promotion.
  • For any inquiries regarding Special Monthly Offers, customers should contact rtwsikin directly for clarification.

Information

  • Before treatment is offered all patients are required to provide contact details; including address, telephone and email to secure an appointment.
  • All clients must complete a Medical history form at their first appointment as this is necessary to inform the consultation and treatment planning process.
  • On many occasions, photographs are required as part of your medical record. These will be stored securely under current and future DATA Protection Legislation and will not be used for any other purpose without your written consent or a Court Order.
  • All information that you give us will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with current, past & future Data Protection legislation.
  • Patient information will not be shared with third parties without written permission and you will not receive unsolicited information from us.
  • You may choose to remove yourself from our mailing list at any time, by emailing support@rtwskin.co.uk

  • We cannot and will not proceed to treatment unless all of the above is satisfactory
  • We cannot allow animals in the clinic.

 

New Patient – Telephone & Remote Consultations

Whilst remote consultations are discouraged, we acknowledge that there may be some circumstances in which this service may be helpful; particularly for patients who will be travelling long distances. New patients, seeking advice from a practitioner in a remote discussion, require a diary appointment of 30 minutes. Patients must call the clinic at the agreed time. Depending on the nature of the consultation, a charge of £50 may be required, payable in advance.

 

Appointments

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment; please provide as much notice as possible so that we are able to manage the bookings diary effectively.
  • When diaries are particularly busy, we may take a nominal deposit of £50, refundable on attendance, to mitigate missed appointments.
  • If you do not attend a booked appointment, and fail to advise us in advance, a £50 non-refundable booking fee will be charged when making any subsequent appointments.
  • Please do NOT attend the clinic for an appointment if you are unwell. If you are unsure whether to attend, please call and we will advise you. Many treatments are contraindicated if you are unwell; this includes colds, cold sores, or local skin infections.
  • Routine review appointments are offered after treatment with Botulinum Toxin as a courtesy. If you cannot attend the review appointment at 2 – 4 weeks, there would be no additional treatment or ‘top up’ provided once the review period of 2 – 4 weeks has passed.
  • New patients are seen for consultation and assessment by prior arrangement, treatment may be provided on the first visit, but this is not recommended.
  • Lasers and test patches can’t be performed during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.

 

Children

We do not treat children or young adults under the age of 18 without the attendance and consent of a parent or guardian.

Please do not bring children to the clinic unless they are old enough to be left unsupervised. Children will not be allowed to accompany you into the treatment rooms.

 

Payment

  • Patients will receive one free of charge consultation for aesthetic procedures; subsequent consultations will be subject to a £50 fee.
  • Dermatology Consultations are charged at £175.
  • For people under the age of 18, and those in full-time education, Dermatology Consultations are charged at £100.
  • You will be advised of the full costs of any treatment plan proposed and agreed, including that of any maintenance treatment, before any treatment is undertaken.
  • Full payment is taken at the clinic on the day of your appointment.
  • The clinic accepts cash and all major debit / credit cards.
  • For treatments listed below, a non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking, as staff time is allocated and products will be prepared, a minimum of 3 days in advance.
  1. Silhouette Soft poly-l-lactic acid threads (£300)
  2. SmartXide Co2 Laser Resurfacing (£300)
  • A discretionary deposit may be requested in some circumstances.

 

Refunds

Fees charged for treatment are for the delivery of a treatment and product including the accompanying service, which is inclusive of;

  • consultation and assessment
  • provision of information and advice
  • safe treatment with evidence based products
  • follow up appointments and aftercare advice and support as appropriate

Whilst we undertake to provide you with; factual, honest, ethical advice together with safe, expert treatment in experienced hands, using only the best products, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.

Results are subjective, vary considerably, and whilst we will do our utmost to achieve the very best results, sometimes expectations are not met.

Please do not ask for treatment if you are unwilling to accept all of the above warnings and advice and to proceed to treatment at your personal risk with the full understanding that the outcome many not be as you hoped.

At rtwskin, it is our priority to ensure that customers are treated in an exceptional manner. Whilst we hope you will be 100% happy during your patient journey with us, we do understand that from time to time, we may not get things right.
